Important Announcement: Temporary Shipping Delays

NOTICE: From January 25th to February 19th, 2024, our EU Offices and China Warehouse will be closed for Chinese New Year workforce leave. Please expect up to 15 business days in order delays, in addition to our regular processing, mapping, and shipping schedule. Some SKUs may be back ordered and shipped once restocked within the mentioned time frame.

To ease this delay, enjoy a storewide clearance sale of up to 50% off every item.

Note: Sale items are non-refundable, and cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of order placement.

Furthermore, anticipate a temporary delay in customer support responses from February 9th to February 16th. Our team will resume regular operations on February 17th to address your inquiries promptly and efficiently.

Should you have any complaints or are not satisfied with the product, you may return your order up to 14 days if it meets the requirements found at the bottom of the page. Upon receipt of the return, the purchase price will be credited to your account within 14 days.

Important: Return shipping costs are always for consumer and will not be reimbursed by Elle&Vire. Since we ship directly through our supplier, our return address is also in China. Sending the package back to China will cost 25 euros or more.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to use the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product to you or not accept the return request. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

Easy returns in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Send us an e-mail at

Try to be as complete as possible in the mail, some important points:
1. Why you want to exchange or return the package.
2. Any photos for clarification.

Step 2: Send your order

Send the items along with the completed return form to the department store address in the form. Be sure to provide the package with a track & trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the cost of the return and we do not want any misunderstandings. Email the track & trace code to so that your order can be tracked by us at all times.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.

Upon receipt of the return, the purchase amount will be deposited into your account within 14 days.

The following goods are excluded from the right of return:
- Custom made goods.
- Consumables such as lamps, batteries, various types of gel and liquids.
- Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons such as earplugs, headsets, underwear and swimwear.
- Opened cosmetics and personal care products.
- Items that are damaged or incomplete, this includes items with missing packaging.
