At Elle&Vire, we want you to be delighted with every purchase you make from us. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days, provided it meets the criteria outlined below. We strive to ensure that your return process is smooth and hassle-free, ensuring your satisfaction with our products.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer and will not be reimbursed by Elle&Vire. As we operate through our suppliers, our return address is located in China. Consequently, returning the package to China may incur a shipping cost of 25 euros or more.

To facilitate a smooth return process, please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition. If the product is damaged or if the packaging is excessively damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, we may need to pass on the depreciation of the product to you or may not be able to accept the return request. Therefore, we kindly request that you handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged for return.

Returning your order is easy and can be completed in three simple steps:

Step 1: Contact Us
Send us an email at info@elle-vire.com outlining the reason for your exchange or return. Please provide as much detail as possible, including any relevant photos for clarification.

Step 2: Send Your Order
Pack the items securely and include the completed return form provided at the bottom of this page. Send the package to the address provided in the form. Ensure you obtain a track & trace code for the shipment, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Email the track & trace code to info@elle-vire.com so we can monitor the return process effectively.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Upon receiving the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. The purchase amount will be credited to your account through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that returns to China may incur additional costs of up to $35 per package.

If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer assumes responsibility for the shipping fee, which will be determined by the chosen courier company.

However, if the return is prompted by damaged goods or an incorrect order, the consumer is not obliged to cover any shipping fees.
