Important Announcement: Temporary Shipping Delays

NOTICE: From January 25th to February 19th, 2024, our EU Offices and China Warehouse will be closed for Chinese New Year workforce leave. Please expect up to 15 business days in order delays, in addition to our regular processing, mapping, and shipping schedule. Some SKUs may be back ordered and shipped once restocked within the mentioned time frame.

To ease this delay, enjoy a storewide clearance sale of up to 50% off every item.

Note: Sale items are non-refundable, and cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of order placement.

Furthermore, anticipate a temporary delay in customer support responses from February 9th to February 16th. Our team will resume regular operations on February 17th to address your inquiries promptly and efficiently.

Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page.

Note: After you have completed your order, you can no longer change it, because your order is immediately processed so you can receive it as soon as possible.



WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Wannies takes care of the shipping costs. You do not pay any shipping costs.


*You do have to pay shipping costs to return your article. Because we deliver directly from our supplier our return address is also in China, returning your package to China will cost €25 or more.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we send all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, the link of which you will receive via email once your order has been shipped.

It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?

If your package cannot be delivered it will be waiting for you for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a notification of this from the driver, this will also include the pickup location. After these 7 days, PostNL will send the shipment back to our warehouse.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should it be the case that your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you still have not received your order - please report this, 14 days after the indicated delivery date an investigation will be started by PostNL, we will keep you informed about this until the end of the investigation.

What are the delivery times?

Wannies strives to deliver the products quickly. When you place an order before 3 p.m. on working days, we strive to process your order the same day. We ship many of our items directly through our suppliers. Therefore, the average delivery time is 7-12 business days.
